Whenever I have rotten bananas, I'm inspired to make breakfast cookies.
Mash up the bananas with some peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add some oats, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, and a pinch of salt.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Noah actually likes them. Sarah was very excited when I told her she could have a cookie for breakfast, but when she tasted it, she frowned and snarled and said, "Do these have bananas in them?" They aren't delicious (they'd have to have sugar and butter for that), but they're not bad.
