May Day

Sarah making May Day baskets, our annual tradition.  I used to do it when I was kid too.

Noah, not so much into it this year.  His contribution was allowing us to turn his page of dot art into a May basket.

Since we have no flowers blooming yet, we used the buds from our tree.

Sarah also planted some tree buds and some fake red flowers in our window box, which inspired me to get some more fake flowers for the window boxes.  That will be a project for another day.

Heading out to the neighbors' house.

She knocked...

and ran away to hide.

Once Noah remembered there was sneaking and spying involved, he got into it.

We only got busted once.  Sarah got caught hiding behind a car, and she got a hug.

This neighbor didn't catch her in the act, but she knew it was Sarah, so she hunted her down later in the day and gave her a hug too.
