I was doing a workout video this morning. Shocking, I know. Since I haven't done it in a long time, I was a little clumsy and flailing around a lot. The prettiest part was when I smacked myself in the face with my own arm flab. The cat has never witnessed me doing any form of exercise, so he thought I must be playing with him in some weird way. He kept pouncing at my feet and pawing at my legs. Noah was chattering to me the whole time. Overall, not the best workout I've ever had, but better than nothing.
