50 days of this?!

Chilly rainy day all day.  I was not inspired to do much.  A little parenting, a little teaching, a little cleaning, a little work, got ready to lead my last Bible study tonight, and made a pot of chili.  Quick soggy trip to the Florida Everglades, where I had a near-miss with an alligator.

Just now, as I sit here typing this, the big map on the wall of the schoolroom dislodged itself and fell on top of me, as if to mock me.  It was probably saying something like, "All your imaginary journeys are a big fat joke.  There's a whole world out there, and you've barely left your house!"
